Data Collection in the Village Clusters
Starting from November 2022 till March 2023, Village Census was done. This included data collection and surveys using ASER tools. This was done in Ali Pur Shumali, Muzaffargarh, Moomal Ji Maari, Ghotki and Mahmoud Panwar, Shikarpur, Sadri Jadeed, Swabi and Killi Yar Muhammad, Khuzdar.

On 13th December, 2022 the South-South Fellowship teams converged in Ali Pur Shumali, a village located in Union Council Muradabad, Muzaffargarh district. The rationale behind this visit was to engage with the local stakeholders, the only village government school as an anchor step to gather demand side views, ideas and commitment to All Children Learning concept and to craft a customized bespoke Plan of action for the village and the UC cluster.

From 22nd December, 2022 the South-South Fellowship data gathering was initiated in Ghotki and Shikarpur, two districtis which are the chosen village clusters located in Sindh.

Sadri Jadeed
Under the South-South Fellowship, Sadri Jadeed Village Council (or Union Council) is one of the clusters chosen as a prototype laboratory for the Goal defined by the Pakistan Fellows, for the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Sadri Jadeed is a large village (Jadeed and Qadeem) located in the district of Swabi; it is a village council. It has a population of 7072 as per the Census conducted in 2017 (population has increased in 5 years). The village is contained in an area of 1224 km2 and presents a rich rustic scenic landscape with multiple crops and vegetables (sugar cane, wheat, corn, tobacco, peas etc.)
