Visit to Sanjan Nagar
On 2nd March, 2023, a visit to Sanjan Nagar, SNPET-HSS - a not for profit school where they met with the head-teachers, teachers and students. They observed the day to day learning activities of the students and fully immersed themselves in the foundational learning experience. The Sanjan Nagar students had prepared a poetry recital and tableau for the guests of the poems of Faiz Ahmad Faiz.
Visit to GCES Nishtar Colony
A visit to GCES Nishtar Colony – Govt. School with an active reading program & the Insaaf Afternoon School program for Girls on 2 March 2023. They learnt about the nitty gritty of the Room to Read project and had candid conversations with the faculty and the head-teacher.
Visit to the selected cluster Muzaffargarh and the village

The South-South Team which included School Education Department and ITA visited the selected cluster Muzaffargarh and the village, Ali Pur Shumali on 13th December, 2022
The visit included school observation, engagement with teachers and the village council as well as engagement with students and teachers. There were household engagements made as well. This was the benchmark because work has begun in the cluster with the initiation of surveys and assessments.

Visit to Sadri Jadid, Swabi Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on 6th December 2022
Sadri Jadid
On 6th December 2022, a brief visit to the Village Council, Sadri was conducted where organizations from the fellowship were represented by teams from Idara-e-Taleem-o-Agahi, Tabadlab and FBISE.
Sadri Jadeed is one of the clusters chosen as a prototype lab for the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Sadri Jadeed is a village located in the district of Swabi. It has a population of 7072 as per the Census conducted in 2017. The village is contained in an area of 1224 km2 and presents a scenic landscape. The purpose of this visit was to engage with the stakeholders and do a brief survey of the primary schools there and understand better what is the situation there so that a set of intervention could be planned around that

Immersion Trip to Brazil, September 2022

Afro BrasIl Park Walk
Visit to Ibirapuera Park, Sao Paulo: All Fellowship participants from Pakistan and Kenya visited the beautiful park and got a first hand immersion experience with the natural beauty of Brazil. They also got a chance to meet and greet with everyone in an open space.
Museum Afro Brasil
Visit to Museum Afro Brasil, Sao Paulo: The Fellowship participants from Pakistan and Kenya were taken to the well preserved historical and cultural museum to get a first hand chance to dive deeper in the roots of Brazil. This was a very rich and emotional experience for the participants.
School Visits in Sobral
Multiple school visits were held during the Immersion where the participants got a first hand experience of the school systems and dynamics of Brazil. This was done to better understand the education reforms there. The participants got a chance to understand the structure of the school systems and the teaching empowerment which served as great lessons for the future
Lunches and Dinners
As part of the immersion, all members from Brazil and the Fellowship participants interacted over various lunches and dinners
